We have had this sectional for about one year now and while the make up and hold of the furniture itself has held up well the fabric hasn't. We really liked the look of it when we picked it out in the store, but when we got it home it didn't have the same look/feel that it did in the showroom. After a couple of months we notice some places where the vinyl began to tear apart at the bottom where the bedding is which really stuck out like a sore thumb. We called Lane and the addressed the problem immediately but we are still hesitant when guest come over to use the sleeper on the sectional. All together this is a good sectional, but not great.
