We liked this chair when we first bought it. We thought it would be perfect in our living room because we have a lot of modern style furniture. It looks really nice but it is just very firm. I mean, if you like that kind of thing I guess it is good for you. I am more of a fan of a comfy, soft chair. On the plus side, this is good for older people. I mean it is very firm so old people can get in and out of it easily. It is a nice looking piece of furniture but don’t expect to snuggle down into it cause it is kind of uncomfortable imho. You might like it but it was just not our cup of tea. It is in good condition because it is so uncomfortable that no one sits on it except the cat. He loves it. If you buy it, think of it more as a piece of art :)
